FAQ

Where do these leads come from?

Opportunities are sourced from publicly available posts across professional networks. We anonymize all information before publication and honor all removal requests immediately. Every lead is a real person who has publicly signaled they want to hire a freelancer or small agency.

How do I get removed if I posted publicly and don’t want to be listed?

Email leadkettleorg@gmail.com with the subject line “Remove me” and we'll take you down within 24 hours. No questions asked. See our privacy page for the full policy.

What does the "Reveal" button do?

It shows you the lead's first and last name, their company, and any contact info or contact preference they mentioned in the post (email, "DM me," etc.). Then you can click through and respond to the post if it's a good fit for your skills.

What is a warm intro?

Instead of you reaching out cold, we make the introduction through the same channel the lead originally posted on, on your behalf, and loop you in. You ride our existing relationship instead of starting from zero. We can't accommodate every warm intro request, but if your skills are a fit and we have an “in” for you, we'll hook you up! The more info you put in the form about why you're a good fit, the better your chances.

Is LeadKettle free?

Although this site is free to use, we charge a referral fee of 15% on the lifetime of any contract or revenue you book as a result of using our service. Some leads and categories carry specific pricing. Contact us for details.

How should I interact with leads after clicking "reveal?"

Please don't spam folks. If you can recommend someone that's a genuine fit for what a professional is seeking (or if you are a great candidate), consider politely reaching out one time.
